      Pros

      Good Benifits, health dental and a 401k with employer matching. Good experience, in house training that helps you with you specific position as well as experience that can be used in any management position.

      Cons

      They seem to be systematicaly trying to get rid of every one who worked for "now former" Commerce Bank. There is no employer/empoyee loyalty. Senior management ROO/RMM positions have no idea nor do they care to learn whether the demographic of the branch mandates the goals set forth. To much personal conecton between Branch management and Upper Management ROO/RMM

      The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy
