I was recruited by a local recruitment firm.
There was a series of psychometric tests, followed by a skype interview. In this interview, I was given a total of three questions which posed different questions about how I would approach various aspects of the job. They were given one at a time, with a minute to think about the answer and then a minute to answer a recorded response. There was only one opportunity to answer each question.
After this phase, there was a face-to-face interview with the would-be boss. One at a time, from a group of 8 people we each had an interview of approximately 15 minutes.
