I filled out and application and printed my resume and dropped it at my neighborhood Aldi's, received a call from DM the next day she set the interview for six days later. I had my 1st interview today and said she will call for 2nd interview

Interview
Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.
Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
Not difficult at all. There is a two step interview process where the first one you meet with the manager and the second you meet with the general district manager.
