Applied online through indeed and got a call back within 2 days. I set up an interview and with the district manager and the store manager. She asked me questions about my availability and previous customer service work. After the interview it took about another 2 days for her me to hear back that I was hired.

Interview
Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.
Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
Not difficult at all. There is a two step interview process where the first one you meet with the manager and the second you meet with the general district manager.
