It was a proposal from Adobe; they found online my CV and contact me by email; they requested an updated CV. Then we scheduled a phone meeting with a QA manager (about 30 minutes); next was a technical interview onsite for about 4 hours; we had three discussions (one for soft skills; two technical) and another technical test: programming a small robot, in a C-like language. Last discussion was with the director of engineering.
