Applied online, was emailed to scheduled an initial phone screening which was supposed to take about 30 minutes, took only 2 minutes. After answering that I didn't have any experience with peer programming, I was told that this was a role with rigorous programming and that they did not think I would be a good fit. I thought this was odd considering this was an entry level role.
