Very simple. Walking straight to the manager and had a 10 minute conversation with my manager and supervisor and that's all. I was referred by my friend on the team which made things much easier and relaxed.

Group interview. They asked all of us the same 3 questions. Two of the questions were very basic along the lines of “how do you feel about working in all weather conditions” “how do you feel about working mandatory overtime in case of demand” etc. Interview was very easy, just go in with confidence and you should be fine.
