I had found the process to be very simple and straight forward. Quick no nonsense, laid out expectations and asked what was required. It couldn't be more simple than that.
To the point. Fairly standard with all other restaurants, when they need people and if you're willing to work then you should be fine. Prior line cook experience is very helpful.
