Phone interview and screening test of Java with a recruiter. Posted resume on the web site of RIM. Several days later, got the notification of the phone interview. Questions are related to the experience in the resume. Majority of my questions are related to SIP, MPLA, GMPLS network. None of my question is related to Java. Weird. It took 40 min.
