Interview
Met with HR first and then with the CTO which for that level of role I thought was quite interesting they had quite a senior person interviewing a relatively junior candidate. That did translate to the organisation, i.e. not many levels of management and with the right approach and some commitment loads can be achieved by anyone.

Interview
3 stage interview, but very relevant and efficient. No time wasting but straight to the point in all three cases. They do interview quite many people so maybe they do not want to waste their time either :)
