I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jan 2015
Interview
Series of 2 Interviews with Director or Manager level employees. Mostly behavioral questions. No case questions and nothing technical. Seems like they're mostly looking for fit. Went over resume as well. Make sure to mention company values and how you've applied them in your experiences. Also want to show that you actually care.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (New York, NY)
Interview
Multiple phone interviews. Everyone was professional with the exception of one person. I would not accept this position if offered because of how condescending and unprofessional this person was. The world is in a middle of a pandemic, but yet this person acted like I was lying when I said I was furloughed. Then asked me what I do all day long in a repulsed tone. Maybe he was trying to see if I have children to take care of that or he is so oblivious to that fact that candidates do have children and all schools and daycares are closed.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied at my college's career fair and shortly after received an interview request from the recruiters at Cardinal Health. I interviewed on campus, and the process consisted of two 1:1 interviews with a finance director.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Campus) in Feb 2015
Interview
The entire interview process was extremely organized. On-campus recruiting took about 3 weeks total from submitting my resume to interviewing and getting an offer. The interview itself was conducted with back to back 30 minute interviews with two directors. The pre-interview night was helpful in getting to know my interviewers before the interview. Questions were more behavioral than quantitative.
