The interview was pretty much straight forward. The questions seemed relatively basic, I guess this was because they needed a prep guy immediately. I noticed most of what they were asking was based on experience and hypothetical situations. After we moved on to the store walk around.

Quick process. The interview was simple. They didn’t ask too many questions, mostly availability, desired shift, and why you want to work for them. I had my second interview right after the initial one. That one mostly reviewed answers from the initial interview plus “why do you want to work here” kind of question. Overall, it was about a 10 minute process.
