I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2014
Interview
I interviewed with two supervisors for the first interview, once I got a call back for a second interview I met with the assistant manager. He actually had me immediately interview with the general manager and I was offered a position on the spot.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
