they didnt see my resume and call me for an interview. after reaching there they ask me 1 question and when i say i am student and i can do part time job than they told me they didnt want students. atleast they could have seen my resume before calling me
Interview was straight forward, had some behavoural questions. 2-3 interviewees, eg: tell me about yourself, skills, background etc. Also requested background checks. Interview was average difficulty. They were nice and friendly.

When I entered, I was told to wait until the interviewer came. When they did, they first showed me the inside operations of the warehouse, asking me "easier" questions like availability and whether I feel like I'd be comfortable there. Then we went back in the office area where the "real interview" was conducted. After we finished, I waited for a little longer before they told me they'd contact me about a second interview.

Checked in at the front desk. Staff led me to one of the interview tables. I spoke with two associates that has been working at Costco for 10 years. They mostly asked me behavioral questions, and why did I choose to work at Costco. They went over the job duties, pay, time and schedule.
