Interview
Applied on line and was called by office clerk to set up interview. Be prepared for a lengthy process and more that one trip in. I was initially interview by a supervisor who was not from the department I was applying for and read a list of questions from a script. None were unusual or unexpected. The second interview that day was with a manager - again not from the department - and it was much the same. Give an example of when you successfully handled an angry customer, of when you went above and beyond to help a customer, how you handled a disagreement between 2 coworkers, etc. On the next (last) trip in I interviewed with a manager and the supervisor of the department in which I was interested in working. More of same questions and several about my experience and work history. It was mostly scripted with no unexpected questions.
