Cummins Control Systems Engineer interview questions

The interview process was a 1:1 at its first stage in the university placements cell. After this, the names were recommended to concerned departments at Cummins based on the specialisation. Then I had telephonic interview directly from my reporting manager. Some basic questions on interpersonal skills and few subject related.

I applied on campus in the company's booth. The interview was held on campus as well. I got an email the next day and the interview was scheduled for a week later. Behavioral questions were asked. There was only one person in the interview.
