I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Brighton, England) in May 2011
Interview
We were told to test a sample app for 2 hours. We had behavioural interviews on site. We had little time to get into groups and then give a presentation about a topic we weren't familiar with. The tasks that we were set weren't particularly challenging but mundane.
The video interview lasted for 20minutes, and there are 5 questions. All the questions are very straight forward, and got feedback within 5 working days.
Question 1; Talk about your hobby you enjoy doing
2.Why are you passionate about a career in technology.
3. How do you manage task that is outside my comfort zone

Interview
Easy interview as they want you on their contract. Tests are pretty easy if you have an engineering or mathematical background as well. Friendly but quite demanding, phone you and email you a lot while you’re applying.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Scotland) in Mar 2016
Interview
A few basic tests are given to check what level of knowledge you have in maths, problem solving and the IT industry. Three five minute interviews are given on your background, the IT industry and some further questions. Providing even a little research is done, the process should not be a problem.
