I went through a Hire View interview, there were 7 questions and it was pretty laid back because I had multiple days to complete it. A few days later I was contacted for a 20 minutes in-person interview that I have yet to complete.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
Sent in a cover letter and resume via my university co-op website. Received a call from an HR recruiter about a week later. It lasted 20 minutes. Most of the questions were regarding fit. Typical questions. Then I got an interview in Toronto. Two part interview, first part was a fit and general situational questions with an HR recruiter. Second half was with a manager from the department I had applied to and it was more technical.
