I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX) in May 2014
Interview
Interviewed on the phone with HR Rep, then a skype interview with two sales managers, subsequently came to Westlake for in person interviews with managers. It was a long drawn out process due to Fidelity wanting to get you for as cheap as possible. They were looking for me to take a 30% paycut and to be in a junior level internal wholesaler role. The process was stressful but they ended up paying me the agreed amount.
