I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Sep 2023
Interview
I interned Summer 2023. I had a great experience and applied for the full-time program. Scheduled a final interview quickly. My original interviewer didn't show up and another engineer was there instead. He asked me questions on projects and asked questions about SQL, agile methodology, basic algorithm questions, creating an API, etc. Seems like the final interview varies a lot by interviewer because other candidates were asked behavioral questions only. After the interview, I was ghosted for two months and did not get any response. Finally got a scheduled call and was told I would not move on because I lacked Java experience.
