I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Virginia Beach, VA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The hiring process consisted of submitting application online then doing an assessment test, phone interview, completing a multitasking test, typing test, meeting with a hiring specialist, meeting with hiring management, more test etc. Basically, you are asked questions using the STAR method. If you do not know what that is then become familiar with it. Also, be aware that if for some reason the "hiring managers" are on the sales floor that means that you didn't get the job ;)

It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

Interview
It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
