Interview
I got a telephone interview first and then later got called for a group interview except I wasn't told it was a group interview. It was very laid back just do your research on the company and the history and be prepared to answer some questions. Then we had individual interviews.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and what did you do?
Group interview with other candidates with the store manager. Arrive at the store and wait for other candidates. Then interview happens in break room and it lasted roughly about 30-60minutes
It was a group interview of about 10-12 people. If I remember correctly they take you to the back, the stock room, and ask almost everyone the same question. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.
It was very easy, one in person interview with the general manager and then I was accepted! Mainly personality and behavioral questions were asked, and I think enthusiasm on my end helped the most.
