I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Scarsdale, NY) in Dec 2010
Interview
phone interview , followed by 2 more phone interviews , then face to face interview with DM, then panel interview with regional merchant and regional HR manager
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gap
Interview
it was short and quick asking for availability and that’s it there wasn’t much talk other than business and how many credit cards we are forced to give out to all the people we spoke to that day
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gap (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Jan 2023
Interview
Well prepared short interview. I disliked the obligatory personality test as these always feel rather forced with little real world usage. It was with regional management and HR who were both very friendly so overall a nice experience

Question 1
They asked about previous experience and kpi management
They asked to set up a phone interview. Once a time was established, I answered questions from two different store managers and the regional director of human resources. It was a pleasant experience.
