Saw position online. Most IKEA postings are only 3-5 days. applied on a Thursday night, received an email the next morning to schedule a phone interview. Went well, typical interview for HR. Lack of follow up from HR manager. Multiple emails sent to her. Finally heard back saying they went with internal candidate 6 months later saw the position posted again online.

Ricordo di aver applicato per la posizione tramite LinkedIn e di essere stata ricontattata per e-mail, quindi primo step scrematura del cv e relativo match. Successivamente (perlomeno nel mio caso) ci sono 3 colloqui a distanza di tempo da sostenere, anche per uno stage. Si parte dal primo colloquio attitudinale fino ad un colloquio tecnico.

Prima telefonata conoscitiva di 10 minuti con la recruiter, veramente gentile e disponibile. In seguito ci siamo accordate per il colloquio attitudinale; quest'ultimo è durato circa 30 minuti e mi è stato chiesto di parlare del mio percorso, se conoscevo l'azienda, cosa avrei voluto fare in futuro e se mi sarebbe interessata la posizione. L'esito dell'attitudinale è arrivato il giorno dopo, chiedendomi la disponibilità per il colloquio manageriale. A mio avviso quest'ultimo è stato fatto in maniera approssimativa e poco interessata (è stato più approfondito il colloquio attitudinale di quello manageriale). Poi ho avuto dei problemi con un test attitudinale, ho chiesto informazioni ma sono spariti.
