Question 1
Basic questions regarding your background and resume, not many details about the actual position applied for
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KeyBank (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2021
Interview
Straightforward, all done over zooming. The interviews were extremely spaced out, starting in early December and going into the new year. I was told following my third interview to expect a decision either that Friday, or the first Monday of the new year. They just (19 days after that Friday) emailed to say they selected someone "better than what we felt you could bring to the team." Very just, i'm not sure, snidy type of email. The people were mostly stuck-up through the whole process and then that email just let a bad taste, at this point, i see it as getting spared from another worthless employer.

Question 1

Regular phone screen, last around 15 mins, the recruiter promised to deliver the resume to the manager but no follow-up, maybe my background is not strong and it's near a long holiday.
