Interview
The interview process was very laid back. KOS tried to make you feel very comfortable through the entire process. The interview consisted of talking to four managers individually for about half an hour each. Afterwards they gave everyone lunch which was great. No real complaints about the process.

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
