Question 1
What would one of your direct reports say about you? Give us an example of a time when things did not go as planned?
After the phone interview I was invited to interview in person. Everything seemed to go well but I was ghosted after the interview. I attempted to get a status on the hiring process and never received a response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RSM in Feb 2022
Interview
I received an interview request within a few days of sending my application online. However the recruiter was not available for 2 weeks. I thought the interview went well based on the Recruiter's responses (comments like "that's a good example.." and asking about my salary/confirming it's within range). I was told she would be in touch with an update at the end of the week. When I didn't hear back I replied to the email thread inquiring. It's been 2 weeks but I went on the career site and see the role is not posted any longer
