Started with a 30 minute on-campus interview with a local recruiter, then a follow up online interview with a local director in the field I applied in. (IT Consulting) Both interviews were fairly casual and conversational, they mostly just want to learn about you and if you'd be a good fit. They gave plenty of time for me to ask questions in both interviews.
