Two weeks and few weeks waiting for background check. First got phone interview from HR, then scheduled another time with boutique mgrs. The question was asked by HR some of them were challenging and they are good and smart questions to ask. Very impressed the questionires they developed for first interview. the store managers interview was very easy comparing to the one from HR. I think HR did great job in screening.
