I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Memphis, TN) in Sep 2011
Interview
The hiring process here is simple. I first called to inquire if there were any openings available and was told to come in person and fill out an application. About a week or so afterwards, I recieved a call asking if I was still instrested and could come in for an interview the following week. On the day of the interview, the manager that interviewed me asked me several questions about myself and experiance I have before this job. After i was asked a few simple questions, it the interview was over. Less then a week later, I recieved another call from the company saying I have been hired.
