I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Very fast and simple, had a call over the phone and then did an assignment about how I would coordinate a trip for potential college interns from Stanford. After that, I went onsite for one interview and then waited a few days to get the offer.

They asked a lot about my organizational background.
Pretty fair interview process. However, would’ve preferred the 2nd interview to be split up into 2 parts as opposed to putting it in all one session and making it 3 hours long.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Yelp in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process wasn’t hard but from my personal experience it wasn’t as orderly as it should have been. I applied for a role and made it to the last round. The day before I my last interview was set I got a call from one of the recruiters telling me they just realized I’m not in the time zone/area they need. It felt unprofessional and could have been avoided.
Everyone was extremely friendly and wanted to find a good fit. They were happy to talk in great detail about team structure, compensation, company mission, and how the tech recruiting team fits in that. I did find it a bit odd that they kept mentioning how they liked to be publicly quirky.
