The interview process was one of the best I've ever experienced. A recruiter reached out to me on Hired, I had a call with them to talk about my interest in Zillow, then I had a technical screen with a senior Android engineer. Afterwards, I was invited to a virtual onsite interview, which the coordinator kindly split up over two days. (Zillow also sent me credit through Grubhub to get lunch, which I thought was incredibly considerate!) The interviewers were all fairly friendly and interested during the interviews. Every interview included a technical coding question, but the coding questions were mostly reasonably straightforward to solve. The recruiter let me know about a day after the interviews about the interview team's decision.
