Fun and easy going, it's meant to weed out anyone who lacks social skills or has the wrong kind of social skills. There were a good amount of questions for judging whether or not you're a positive thinker and problem solver. Sales is a very problem solving type position, if there isn't a problem you can always find one that needs fulfilling.

I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
