I spoke about frac designs and accomplishments form the past.

None of the questions were difficult. They focused on experience. Why I was considering leaving my current employer. How do you handle or deal with coworkers. I felt it was a typical interview.

Describe a time when you had difficulty getting along with a coworker and how you handled it.

The asked me about my latest project from a previous employer and commented on some of thework they had been doing in the same area.

A question unrelated to the industry, however it was technical. I was asked about the steam temperatures (steam pressure-temperature tables). It was asked in the form of a riddle.

Tell me about your favourite classes you took as an engineering student.

Pretty basic questions. They didnt play games or ask gotcha questions. They wanted examples of my previous work, experience, training... There were a couple questions about making difficult decisions and how I made them. There were about 50/50 about personality and experience.
