I wIâll make every effort to save employee, then a verbal communication, followed by written communication and last, termination with one exception and that is blatant disregard for and egregious violation of EHS principles that could result in catastrophic loss of life or limb, environmental damage, and/or property/asset. Very casual at first, though was doing well in the process. Woman asked casual question, nothing too technical. they want a person that can perform his duties in more than 9 states. I would not mind the challenges, but certainly the people interviewing make hiring decision based on phone personality. I was asking the questions she has no idea what she wanted to ask.

I answered as being myself, talked more what you expect from the candidate selection and the challenges. She asked what I bring as a candidate. Replied Less
Only lasted 15 minutes which covered the extend of my resume to my last position. Then the recruiter became difficult to discuss my abiity to do the job and was only about a misunderstanding of a year.
