Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced software developer to help us develop, modify, and maintain front-end and back-end features within our various web applications. The position will require development work in a fast-paced environment at a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will work with the Lead Software Developer to define design specifications, technical documents, and project implementation plans. Ideal candidates must be passionate about software development and helping to mentor and grow junior developers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.4-7 years’ experience

developing software

• Experience with traditional front-end web stack and backend development
• Experience in delivering commercial grade software used by thousands
• Ability to both work within a team driving feature implementation and

independently

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience in Object-Oriented Design methodologies desired
• Experience in developing applications using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript is

desired

• Experience with the following web technologies is desired: C#, Java, ASP.NET,

SQL, Python

• Good understanding of High Availability, Fault Tolerance, and Supportability
• Experience in writing design specifications, test plans, and building prototypes

Essential Functions

• Build, test, and maintain web-based applications
• Develop solutions according to design specifications for projects
• Drive feature implementation through verification phase
• Work with Lead Software Developer to create detailed design specifications from

statements of work requirements

• Assign work tasks within development team
• Mentor junior developers
