Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to lead our information technology department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of organizational systems. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, technical support, and operational management for the organization’s information technology systems, infrastructure, and related services. This position supports organizational operations by ensuring the reliability, security, maintenance, and functionality of technology resources, telecommunications systems, network infrastructure, and user support services.
The IT Manager supports compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA privacy and security standards, and serves as a technical resource for organizational technology initiatives.
The IT Manager is responsible for supporting data analytics and data validation for operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Operations & Systems Support
- Ensure departments receive effective and timely technical support services.
- Plan, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade organizational technology systems, servers, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and related technology resources.
- Maintain user access rights, permissions, and system security controls.
- Perform system backups, monitor system integrity, and support disaster recovery processes.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support organizational needs and operational efficiency.
- Maintain inventory and licensing compliance for hardware, software, and technology assets.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all EMR data requests, providing timely and accurate reporting to support operational, clinical, and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding technology systems, maintenance, and support services.
- Respond to operational technology issues, outages, and emergencies as necessary.
Compliance & Information Security
- Support organizational compliance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of protected health information and organizational data.
- Participate in risk assessment activities and technology security initiatives.
- Ensure technology operations comply with applicable federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as a steward of organizational technology resources and promote appropriate, ethical, and secure technology usage.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to staff regarding technology systems and applications.
- Assist with planning and management of technology-related projects and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership regarding IT operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
