Good benefits package When the stock is doing well the ESPP is a cash cow
Cons
They acquire companies to be able to check boxes on RFPs, they don't actually care about the company or product being acquired. The teams are left to sink or swim, and the latter seems to be encouraged. Then the jobs are moved to India.
