Business Outlook
Pros
Remote, Unlimited PTO, many great people trying to do great work with great ideas led by inexperienced higher-level leaders. Loads of flexibility and work/life balance.
Cons
E-suite does not want to spend money on process improvements/enhancements unless they have no choice - including DE&I practices which are underfunded and are in place to check a box. Biases exist with compensation, and the equity is so worthless its costs more to have my CPA deal with it. Constantly nagging employees to complete incentivized anonymous surveys and lots of awards (it seems like a hoax). Company has been stuck on a sandbar for YEARS!
