Pros
Great organization to work in, if you are a manager and above.
Cons
Very top heavy. HR and hiring managers will try to low-ball your salary negotiation. Generally, new employees will get paid in between 10-15% percentile range of what other companies would offer. My manager never said hello and never introduced himself. And for almost a year, didn't know he sat just a few offices down and we had passed each other in the hall.
