schedule, benefits, location, job security, industry leader, some training available if you go after it, easy to move between departments
Cons
You have to leave and come back to get a big bump in salary. You must go after positions yourself. There is no incentive for management to train or promote you. Many employees just riding a desk til retirement. Training is encouraged but most is difficult to get approved. Compensation is salary only - no bonuses for top performers. Archaic HR policies. Technology is the only thing "cutting edge." The rest of the company's systems, processes and policies are still in 1975.
