      Pros

      The only pro is the customers

      Cons

      Old systems (have to do several steps just to complete one service), Product pushing (push products that are high in SR revenue on customers, even when it's not the best interest for the customer), Short staffed (work longer hours some days and work every other full weekend, District Manager lies frequently. Compared to other banks, this is the worst banking institution to work for.
