Pros
As a software engineer at Uber, I get to work on products that ship to millions of users and improve their lives in a very tangible way. We are constantly innovating, designing new products and features, and shipping them fast. Our roadmap is heavily data-driven, and we use the information we collect to make informed decisions about what works and what doesn't. Engineers at Uber have a lot of say in how products are architected and designed, and communication across the entire organization is very open. People are extremely intelligent, kind, and supportive of one another. I'd recommend working here to any talented software engineers, PMs, or designers. Now is the time to join!
Cons
To be honest, the only thing that is at times frustrating is that at the rate at which we're growing, we all have to spend a lot of time onboarding new employees and getting them up to speed on our projects and processes. This is a good problem to have though :)
