Good benefits Team itself is usually very helpful and tight Company-wide D&I initiatives are top notch
Cons
-Empty promises regarding movement that doesn't involve moving within support -Management only cares about numbers -Post-COVID management is not prepared to handle issues that arise with depression/anxiety -Managers will go over your head to punish, rather than learn and adapt, not providing solutions -Workspace One GSS teams do not hold true to all company values that the larger company and other teams uphold -No internal accountability - customer facing support expected to hold to SLAs, but internal SLAs for escalations are not upheld and blame rolls downhill to support
