I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ALDI (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2009
Interview
interviews were pretty straight forward. I was interviewed once by the District Manager and then once by the District Manager and Director of Operations.
-The main thing they try to emphasize is that they do not expect perfection from you (which you will find out, if hired, is wrong).
-They ask repeatedly if you are using drugs of any kind and that they will be found out through drug testing.
-If you have job experience with time management and productivity, your interviews will be a breeze.
-Dress to impress!! Showing up in jeans or shorts is showing them you don't care. Men - Dress pants, dress shirt and tie are recommended. Women - Dresses are a plus, however, you will be taken into a feezer for part of the interview, so keep this in mind. Dress slacks are also good, since many female DM's wear this as work clothes.
-Productivity, delegation, time manangement, and organization are huge with this company.
