Interview
They call you to set up an appointment with the store manager, they ask about you, give you another history lesson on autozone and its culture. They really want people who have SELLING experience and some knowledge on cars. You do not get commission, the store manager gets his yearly bonus based on your sales. So they REALLY want to hire someone that can get them a big BONUS every year, then they set up an interview with the District Manager who asks you more questions to get a feel on who you are. Afterwards it's off to an 8 hour training and you're "ready" to work for autozone.
it was a thorough interview and the manager was friendly and had a lot of attention to detail- although said he would follow up and i never heard back from him.
