Super chill interview. We sat in the cafe area and asked about background, some hypothetical work conflict scenarios, and asked about my favorite books. We talked about current popular books and things we've been reading for the majority. Offered the job on the spot.

Super easy and mostly behavioral. they are mostly looking for people with a good attitude that can show work ethic . manager was very nice and approachable. a lot of customer service handling
Got selected for an interview and was asked to drive all the way to a different location to make 10.50 and require open availability. This immediately showed me that they do not respect their employees and do not care to pay a liveable wage.
