After applying for the job, I received an email within 2 weeks from the recruiter and had a phone screen. After the screening, she set up a phone interview for the following week. I dialed in and it was only the hiring manager and I; he was really nice and only asked a couple of questions, we more or less had a short 10-15 minute conversation. After the phone interview, I received a tentative offer the very next day. I worked salary negotiations with the recruiter, and was presented with a final offer 2-3 days later. Overall, the process was painless.
