Interview
Very professional but welcoming. The staff was friendly and made the process seem familiar. They seemed to really care about finding a good fit for the position, and answered any questions.
It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
