I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview and one week later I had a interview with the Regional Director. He ask me to sell a pencil, to test my selling skills. The Regional Director was very friendly and had a great personality; however, the manager I worked for had a totally different personality. They work culture was positive and the people on the sales team were great.
